We love using cS for design. We recently secured a great logo, and we're in the process of finding a winning web interface design. But how do we find a good developer to take our design from PSD to functioning website? Does anyone know of website like cS for full web development? If it helps, we're leaning towards Drupal.

I'm not aware of a CS like site for Drupal, but you can post here
